Mid-Am Goaltending Lessons
Private and Semi-Private Lessons are designed to help goalies develop their game in a controlled environment through repetition of personalized drills. Goalies are recommended to come to the lesson with a goal of increasing their knowledge and ability of a particular skill set or game play scenario. Our coaches will use their years of experience to create a unique lesson plan for each goalie or pair of goalies. Lessons are available for goalies of all ages and experience levels.

We will have limited lesson slots during the month of July. Please see the available times and dates below. We recommend our Summer Camps which still have slots remaining as well!

Traverse City Hour Session June 26th
Matt Michno has secured an extra hour of ice at Centre Ice Arena in Traverse City to compliment the Valley Goaltending Camp from 3:15-4:15pm. Cost for the session will be $75. We will keep our nets at a 2:1 ratio to ensure a solid volume of repetition and focused skill training
